New phone? New email? Learn how to update your contact information for emergencies.


Update your emergency contact information ANY TIME your contact information changes. You are expected to do this - that way, you can be contacted in the event of an emergency.

  1. Log in to jwuLink

  2. Click "Academics"

  3. Under Personal Info, click "Address/Phone"

  4. Follow the instructions onscreen

Faculty & Staff

Email your campus ENS team to update your contact information. Include your new phone number, area code and type of phone (mobile or landline).
